Wine produced from an old vineyard over 30 years old with a traditional double arch cultivation system, a vineyard recovered in recent years with very high yields.
Here we produce our pecora Pop, a simpler and lighter wine ideal for all occasions.
In the past, home wine was produced in this vineyard which we want to make special thanks to the most modern winemaking techniques.

ORIGIN
Trebbiano is a very vigorous vine, probably originating from the eastern Mediterranean basin, it spread first in Italy and later in France.
Malvasia, with intense amber reflections, at times more brilliant and luminous tending towards gold, Malvasia has a pleasantly honeyed taste, so much so that many rightly like to define it as “nectar of the gods” by virtue of its Greek origins.
VINTAGE
After a relatively mild winter, March was full of precipitation. From April onwards, however, the climate was dry and hot. Flowering was normal, and the summer passed with a hot and dry climate. Fortunately, in the last phase of maturation we had some rain which favored optimal maturation. The first grapes were harvested at the end of August.
TASTING SENSATIONS
– straw yellow with golden reflections
– slender, lively, characterized by a profile of fruits and white flowers with a fine minerality in the background, honey.
– savory and persuasive on the palate with a pleasant acidity.
RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS
It goes perfectly with soft cheeses, fish and white meats.
Also excellent as an aperitif wine.
WINEMAKING
Extremely slow pressing of the whole grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14 degrees in steel vats, maturation for 10 months, on the fine lees with continuous bâtonnage.
VINEYARD
Hilly vineyard is located in Montottone (FM). It is exposed to the south at 277 m above sea level, very sunny and with a large temperature range during the ripening period, it extends on a plateau overlooking the Sibillini mountains, clay/sandy soil.
